Ellie Trahan, Broker/Owner, SFR, TRC, REOS, GRI, PMN
My slogan when I started in the Real Estate Business in 2003 was “Doing Real Estate by the Golden Rule!” and that is my intent always. I believe in treating people the way I would like to be treated, with honesty, integrity and compassion.
I am currently the Broker/Owner of Florida Real Estate & Global Properties, we have seven agents working with us. All of them are more than willing to help in anyway with your Real Estate transaction. I affectionately refer to them as the Fla.RE Team!
I have had the pleasure of satisfying my customers by providing guidance and using my expertise to minimize the stress of home buying or selling. I have been doing this successfully for more than fourteen years and I love every minute of helping people achieve their Real Estate Goals. Living in Marion County, Florida is a unique experience as compared to the rest of Florida. We do not have all of the “Hustle and Bustle” and monster traffic jams. We are still a little bit country, lots of big Granddaddy Oak trees, rolling hills and beautiful horse farms. We also have lots of wonderful communities where you can spread out a little if you wish, have a golf course, lake, or gated community — whatever is your preference. My husband and I love it here and cannot imagine living anywhere else.
I am involved with our Realtor Association, Ocala/Marion County Association of Realtors (OMCAR). I currently serve on the Education Committee, am Co-Chair of Community Awareness and the Professional Standards Committee. I have been an active member of Women’s Council of Realtors for about nine years. At WCR we try to provide a venue for Realtors to network, get extra education opportunities and learn from each other.
Also, I appreciate being able to give back to this fine community and am currently an advocate for the Women’s Domestic Violence and Abuse Center, I help anyway I can.

Tamorah Irving, Realtor®
I am a long time resident of Marion County. I enjoy the small town feel of Ocala. I love helping people and want to help buyers find their dream home and help sellers sell their house with as little stress as possible.I enjoy working outside with my flowers and plants and try to do as many do it yourself projects as I can.
Linda Perry, Broker Associate
In 1994, I moved to Ocala from a suburb of Chicago. What a culture shock for someone who thought air conditioning was a luxury that only came in rich people’s cars! After several years of working in Accounting, Marketing and other positions working directly with the public, I decided to follow my Aunt Chris’ lead and pursue an exciting career in Real Estate. In 2003, I became a Licensed Realtor and began establishing my career and later obtained my Broker license. I enjoy helping people find their dream homes or investment homes and making new acquaintances and friends.
My favorite pastimes are crafting, festivals, bicycling and reading. Being family oriented, one of my goals is to continue making happy memories with my husband, children and grandchildren. I pride myself on my dedication to my family, friends, co-workers and especially my customers. If you want the professional and special kind of treatment you deserve in your real estate endeavors, and are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and loyal REALTOR who will “get the deal done”, be sure to contact me!

Linda Wilson, Realtor®
I have lived in Central Florida most of my life and fell in love with the Ocala National Forest as a child. Because of our love for the outdoors in general and specifically the Ocala National Forest, my husband and I purchased a “cabin” in the forest in 1995 to use as a weekend retreat. In 1998 we decided to move from the Orlando area and make the “cabin” our home. While we did spend a couple of years in North Dakota on a real estate project, we always knew we would be coming back to Ocala.
I have been licensed real estate agent since 2001 and Community Association Manager (CAM) since 2008. As a CAM, I have managed multiple communities from Ocala to the Panhandle to South Georgia. I have also worked in new construction with a local builder and in general real estate. In 2014, I became involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors and have served on the Board of Directors since 2015. Currently I am the President of our local Women’s Council of Realtors Network.
I find inspiration in the beauty of the Ocala area and in the people I have met and worked with – plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and contribute.
